When an AI agent needs approval, Lassare routes the request based on your policies. Approvers receive notifications via Slack, Teams, or email. They can approve, reject, or request changes directly from the notification. The decision is logged in an audit trail and sent back to the agent.
Can I set up multi-level approval chains?
Yes. With Growth and Enterprise plans, you can configure approval chains that require multiple approvers in sequence. For example, a junior engineer approves first, then a senior engineer, then a manager for high-risk operations.
How do policies determine routing?
Policies use rules based on request type, risk level, project, time of day, and custom metadata. For example, you can route all production deployments to the DevOps lead, while staging deployments go to the project owner.
What integrations are available?
